Contact, demo and quote requests
Data: name, professional email, company, country, role, optional phone and website, the content of your message, your consent choices, the date and a technical identifier of your browser (user agent).
Purpose and legal basis: answering your request and following up the business relationship (pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest). Product news is sent only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Retention: 3 years after our last exchange for prospects, then deletion or anonymisation.
Virtual try-on demo
Your camera feed is processed entirely in your browser. No image or video is transmitted to us or stored. A photo is only created if you press capture; it stays on your device.
Skin analysis demo
With your explicit consent, one photo is sent over an encrypted connection to our analysis service and to our AI model provider (Anthropic PBC) solely to produce the result. We do not store the photo. Under our provider's commercial terms, inputs are not used to train models.
The result can be saved, at your request, only in your browser's local storage (Skin Passport demo). You can export or delete it at any time from the passport page.
Beauty advisor demo
The messages you type in the advisor demo are sent over an encrypted connection to our AI model provider (Anthropic PBC) solely to produce the answer. We do not store the conversation: it disappears when you leave or reset the page. Please do not share personal or health information in the chat.
Usage statistics
When a demo is used we increment an anonymous counter (technology, type of event, date). No identifier, IP address, image or result is attached to it.
Sub-processors
Vercel Inc. (hosting, storage of requests), our managed PostgreSQL database host, Anthropic PBC (image analysis and advisor answers, demos only), and, when enabled, our transactional email provider. Transfers outside the EU rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You may access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data and object to its processing by writing to hello@beautytech.studio. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL).
